While shoping with Chris' Tool Truck your shopping cart remains loaded with the products you have chosen until you leave the sight or go through the checkout. You may alter the amounts in the quantity column, then click Recalculate to see the revised total. When you are happy with your order proceed to our secure payment options. If you decide to redo your order click empty cart and start over again.

You may add to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on a catagory and select the new products.

You do not need to have a credit card or enter credit card details into the form to complete a purchase . When entered on the web page, credit card details are processed through a secure server. Using your credit card does enable faster order processing.

At Chris' Tool Truck there is varying ways to make a purchase.

1. You can go through the shopping cart and proceed through using your credit card via the secure server.

2. You can choose to Fax your order through along with your credit card details to 07 3803 0299.

3. You can Mail your order, enclosing a Cheque/ Money Order to Chris' Tool Truck PO Box 1116, Park Ridge, Queensland, 4125.

QUOTATIONS

As the range of tools available in Australia is so large, it is impossible to have them all on the sight.

If there is any thing you are after that is not on the sight contact us with your requirments at quotes@tooltruck.com.au.

DELIVERY

As soon as an order is approved and verified, the item will be dispatched. A standard order should take no longer than 2-5 working days to arrive in Capital City, and 2-7 working days in Rural areas. Should you have any concerns regarding delivery of product, please contact enquiries@tooltruck.com.au.

WARRENTY

All products sold by Chris' Tool truck carry full manufacturers warrenty.

TAX

All item prices include GST.

Freight Costs

The prices listed do not include freight.

Due to the varying freight costs over different areas and the nature of the items sold it is hard to put a cost on freight.

As a rule of thumb, most comapanies will charge you a fee per item amounting to a large freight bill.

What we will do is package the items so they will get to you for the best possible price for the items sent.

You will only be charged for the combined postage cost and not the total amount shown per item.

For example if the items sent will fit safely in a 3kg post pack you will only be charged for a post pack.

The charges will be altered prior to invoicing.
